“Global IT were very prompt in all communications from the start, and very responsive to all concerns / problems we had. we had a few issues with the clocks working with the particulars of our enterprise network, but Global IT managed this in a very efficient fashion, and were able to provide firmware updates which addressed our issues, and even handled the firmware deployment.
